Adults only, children allowed from 14 years old.
The house is perfect for working from home: very high-speed internet (Starlink), multiple workspaces, printer, additional screen.
The finca consists of a stylish and very high-quality main house and a charming guest house by the large pool. The entire property is equipped with an integrated gentle hotel air conditioning system and a modern alarm system. In the main house, you will find two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own fully equipped bathroom and walk-in closet. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box spring beds that guarantee a restful sleep. The living area is open-plan and offers a view of the garden and pool through large windows. This space seamlessly connects to an open dining area that is bright and spacious. The modern open kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires. In the separate pantry, there is an additional large fridge/freezer (for drinks!), a water dispenser (gallons included), and a microwave. Additionally, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor and a pool table for cozy evenings.
The upper floor of the main house hosts the master bedroom, which features a large walk-in closet as well as a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Next to the bedroom is a separate living room or TV room with an extra-large screen and a cozy sofa. From there, you can access a beautiful terrace with a sea view, the ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee or grilling and relaxing in the evening. The separate guest house by the pool offers another additional bedroom with a bathroom and shower. This additional accommodation is perfect for guests or family members seeking more privacy, as the guest house also has its own protected veranda.
