Or maybe find out what it feels like to live in Santanyi? The finca is exclusively available for monthly rental. The minimum rental period is 32 days and the maximum is one year. Adults only, children allowed from 14 years old.

The house is perfect for working from home: very high-speed internet (Starlink), multiple workspaces, printer, additional screen.

The finca consists of a stylish and very high-quality main house and a charming guest house by the large pool. The entire property is equipped with an integrated gentle hotel air conditioning system and a modern alarm system. In the main house, you will find two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own fully equipped bathroom and walk-in closet. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box spring beds that guarantee a restful sleep. The living area is open-plan and offers a view of the garden and pool through large windows. This space seamlessly connects to an open dining area that is bright and spacious. The modern open kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires. In the separate pantry, there is an additional large fridge/freezer (for drinks!), a water dispenser (gallons included), and a microwave. Additionally, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor and a pool table for cozy evenings.

The upper floor of the main house hosts the master bedroom, which features a large walk-in closet as well as a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Next to the bedroom is a separate living room or TV room with an extra-large screen and a cozy sofa. From there, you can access a beautiful terrace with a sea view, the ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee or grilling and relaxing in the evening. The separate guest house by the pool offers another additional bedroom with a bathroom and shower. This additional accommodation is perfect for guests or family members seeking more privacy, as the guest house also has its own protected veranda.

The garden area is fully equipped, so you won’t get bored. A large terrace with a dining table and comfortable lounge. Generous saltwater pool with “Gin-Tonic Steps”. Outdoor shower, sun loungers, and swing chair. Additionally, the outdoor area features a boules court, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill with a pizza stone. The property also includes a small private woodland area with hammocks, the perfect quiet spot for those seeking relaxation. Four yoga mats, four tennis rackets, a WaterRower rowing machine. Board games. And for excursions in the area, there are six bicycles available.

This property, ideal for temporary monthly rentals, combines comfort, modern amenities, and typical Mediterranean charm with its excellent location just a few minutes' drive from the beaches and the center of Santanyi. It offers a perfect environment for a longer and productive stay in Mallorca.

This property is only rented seasonally, for work or non-tourist purposes, and for a minimum stay of 32 nights. This rental agreement is subject to the provisions of the city’s rental law.
