The ground floor house has a living area of approximately 67 sqm and is suitable for 4-5 people. It has a well-maintained outdoor area with palm trees and a spacious terrace with seating and sun loungers. The house is well equipped and offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. Upon entering the house, you will find the living and dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, and necessary kitchen utensils. A dining table provides space for 4 people. The living room has a couch, a fireplace, and a TV, as well as direct access to the terrace. A staircase in the living room leads to an additional sleeping area. The house offers two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms, one with a shower.
