If you’re looking for a beautiful and aesthetic holiday home where to have a pleasant rest, Villa Azul is just the perfect place for you. This nice villa, located in Cala Llombards, will give you the opportunity to enjoy all the charm of the Mediterranean Sea.
The house in Santanyi has tastefully furnished 4 bedrooms and with 200m² it has capacity for 8 people. It has views of the garden and the private swimming pool. Perfect for both couples and family vacations.
The villa is in walking distance to the beach Cala Llombards, several restaurants and a small supermarket. It is also close to the famous beach of Calo des Moro. Thanks to its heating system it is also suitable for some relaxing holidays in winter.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, central heating, air-conditioned, private swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: English, German), radio.
In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
What is in the villa?
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
