Casa Munch is a detached single-family house in a quiet location in the Son Moja district near Santanyí, in the southeast of Mallorca. The property is ideally suited for temporary stays with a minimum rental period of 32 nights, for example as part of professional projects, longer work stays, or private transition phases. The house was built in 2008 and comprehensively renovated and partially refurnished in 2025. It offers approximately 230 m² of living space, spread over two floors, providing ample space for up to six people.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Directly adjacent is a bathroom with a shower. The spacious living and dining area is open-plan, features a fireplace, and provides direct access to the terrace with a view of the garden. An additional retreat area, also with a fireplace, can be used as a reading or work space.
On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms - two of them with double beds, the third with two single beds, which also makes it suitable as a children's or work room. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the room offering on this floor. The layout of the house is functional and is particularly suitable for families or couples who want to stay on the island for a longer period.

From the living area, you can access the spacious terrace with a dining area on one side and a cosy, stylish seating area on the other side. Enjoy the fresh air in the evening with a glass of wine and candlelight or read a good book in the soothing shade in the afternoon. The private pool invites you to cool off, and on the sun terrace, you can relax on the loungers and enjoy the wonderful weather. Children aged 8 and above are warmly welcome. Additionally, the maximum occupancy is limited to 6 people (including children). The villa is divided into three floors: On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms that share a bathroom with a shower. On the 1st floor, there is a bright and open living and dining area with an adjacent kitchen and direct access to the terrace with a dream view of the sea. The terrace is the ideal place for a cozy shared breakfast or to enjoy a romantic dinner with a view of the sea in the evening. If you are very quiet, you might hear the sound of the waves. On the 2nd floor is the spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
