The Villa Rainbow Home Mallorca, a splendid holiday residence located in the picturesque surroundings of Palma de Mallorca, offers magnificent views of the Serra de Tramuntana, blending comfort with the beauty of nature. Just ten minutes from the city center, this villa spans 880 m² and is designed to accommodate up to 14 guests in 12 meticulously appointed rooms, each featuring its own bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with hair dryers, SmartTVs with satellite connection, Netflix in hotel mode, wardrobes, safes, air conditioning, and heating. Bed linen and towels are also provided. On the entrance floor , there are four bedrooms each with a 140 cm wide double bed and a private bathroom that includes a bathtub.
Additionally, four more rooms on the ground floor feature a 160 cm wide double beds and private bathrooms with showers. These rooms also have a daybed, ideal for relaxation.
The four rooms on the first floor feature a 140 cm wide double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, and they are each have a private terrace that afford direct views of the impressive Tramuntana mountains.
The villa is not only equipped with comfortable bedrooms but also boasts impressive communal areas. The spacious dining room, with a large table seating 14, opens up to the terrace, ideal for shared meals with family or friends. The open-plan kitchen is fitted with state-of-the-art equipment, including three refrigerators, a ceramic hob, two dishwashers, professional coffee machines, and much more. A fully equipped gym and a massage room offer additional relaxation and activity options.
The outdoor area features a large terrace with a saltwater pool, a pergola with a bed, and a chill-out area for relaxation. The pool area is perfect for enjoying the warm Mallorcan sun while refreshing oneself with a drink from the outdoor bar. Additionally, there is a specially equipped bicycle workshop with technical supports and professional tools, ideal for cycling enthusiasts.
