For pure relaxation, there is a nicely laid out garden and some sun loungers in the garden. Take a fresh shower in the outdoors to stay cool during hot summer days. The pool in this finca is dark green in accordance with the requirements of the building authority, so that it looks like nature. The pool is not light blue! You can swim in the beautiful pool or just sunbathe.
This amazing country house is located in Cala Llombards, walking distance to restaurants and a mini supermarket. Some of the most beautiful beaches, such as Cala Llombards, S'almonia, Cala Santanyí, Es Trenc are very close. Its location is great if you’re looking to enjoy the untouched nature of Mallorca.

What to expect in Sa Bassa:
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, central heating, air conditioning in the living room and in some bedrooms, private swimming pool, open-air parking near the building, 1 TV, tv satellite, radio. In the electric open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
What is in the villa?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
The guest is obliged to take out damage insurance through the agency to cover risks up to 5.000€ on the object. According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.

Schöne Finca in es Llombards. Sehr gute Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer sowie der gesamten Räume.
Man kann direkt vor der Finca parken. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Man hat alles, was man braucht, inklusive zusätzlicher Nespresso Maschine.

Schöne Finca in es Llombards. Sehr gute Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer sowie der gesamten Räume.
Man kann direkt vor der Finca parken. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Man hat alles, was man braucht, inklusive zusätzlicher Nespresso Maschine. Sehr schöner funktionaler Aussenbereich plus sehr schönem überdachten Sitzbereich mit tollem großen Holzeßtisch und bequemen Stühlen. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist nicht hoch modern aber stilvoll und in sich schlüssig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr guter Service von travila.es, noch einmal danke an Jasmina. Wir kommen wieder. |
