The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower where you can revitalize yourself after a day at the beach or exploring the surroundings. For an outdoor experience, there is also an outdoor shower available.

The villa is equipped with bed linen, towels, and beach towels for all guests. The kitchen is provided without food items such as spices or oil, but essentials like detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1–2 garbage bags are supplied. If these items run out, guests will need to replenish them. In the bathrooms, you’ll find hand soap and 1–2 rolls of toilet paper to get you started. The entire house is air-conditioned, and this feature is included in the rental price. Should you require groceries upon a late-night arrival, please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged.
