Experience relaxing holidays in our cozy holiday home "Casa Ferrera", ideally located at the picturesque Cala Ferrera in Cala d'Or. Cala Ferrera is just a few minutes' walk away and offers wonderful swimming and snorkeling opportunities. Discover the lively surroundings of Cala d'Or with its numerous restaurants, bars, and shops. For active holidaymakers, there are many hiking and cycling trails nearby, as well as water sports activities. Our house offers the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking simplicity and relaxation in a beautiful setting.
"Casa Ferrera" extends over two floors and offers ample space for up to 8 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a large, open living and dining area, ideal for social evenings. The separate kitchen is equipped with basic appliances that you need for preparing your meals.
The house features four simple but comfortable bedrooms with double beds, three of which are on the ground floor. These three bedrooms offer direct access to the terrace, so you can wake up each morning with a view of the garden and pool. One of the bedrooms on the ground floor is en suite, providing you with additional comfort. Another bathroom is also located on this floor.
Upstairs, there is a small living room as well as the fourth bedroom, which has its own balcony – the perfect place to start the day with breakfast in the morning sun.
The house has a lower apartment that shares the same entrance. The renters, who work all day, must walk through the same garden gate and you may encounter them when they go to work or to the supermarket.
The outdoor area of "Casa Ferrera" invites you to relax and enjoy. A well-kept garden surrounds the private pool, where you can cool off on hot days. The terrace is equipped with comfortable seating, ideal for outdoor meals or an evening with friends. Sun loungers are available so you can fully enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
IMPORTANT: Please note that there is an apartment in the basement of 'Casa Ferrera' which is occupied by permanent tenants. The entrance and the garden gate are shared, so you may occasionally encounter the tenants
What's available upon arrival?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. Pool towels can be booked for an additional fee of €15 per towel. The kitchen has a small set of basic spices and oil. A bottle of water, 1-2 dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also available. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 rolls of toilet paper for your arrival. If an item runs out, it must be replaced by the guests. Should you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us. For a shopping fee, the agency can fulfill further wishes.
IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is required to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not charge these fees, you will receive information about this payment separately from your landlord in these cases. Please also note that the agency requires a refundable deposit. All details can be found in the booking confirmation you receive by email.
