It offers a perfect exterior area to relax, enjoy the sun and experience the ultimate vacation vibes.
The outdoor lounging areas are a beautiful mix of tradition and new vibe.
Finca Es Turo has 3 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, two more with two separately single beds. It has a total capacity for 6 people, a well furnished kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a bathroom. It is a nice and fully-equipped beautiful country house with 150 m². Its beautiful views over the garden and the swimming pool area are creating a perfect relaxing atmosphere.
The house is ideal for larger groups traveling together. We do recommend a rental car. Feel free to contact us if you need help booking one.
The property is located 4 km from Ses Salines city, 4 km from several supermakets in Santanyí, 4 km from Ses Salines bus station, 4 km from a nice restaurant area in Ses Salines, 4 km from Santanyí city, 8 km from beautiful beaches like Cala Llombards, Cala S'Almunia. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful rural area. You can dive and do various water sports if you want as there’s a great offer nearby.
What to expect? The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, terrace, barbecue, iron, safe, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, central heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms, private swimming pool, open-air parking the same building, 1 TV, tv satellite (Languages: Spanish, German), radio.
In the gas independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.
What is in the villa?
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
