On the ground floor, an inviting hallway leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven. Directly adjacent are a living room, dining room, and two bedrooms. From the kitchen, you can access the lovingly designed outdoor area, where a large dining area and a grill invite you to enjoy Mediterranean delicacies outdoors.
The first floor houses two separate bedrooms, each with its own entrance, providing additional privacy. The larger bedroom offers its own living area, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a magnificent view of the surroundings – the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The Finca's outdoor area is a true highlight. A spacious green area in front of the house invites outdoor activities, while the large pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, ensures refreshing moments. Additionally, an outdoor bathroom with a shower is available to maximize comfort. Those seeking complete tranquility can gently sway in the hammock and enjoy nature.
The Finca Can Nin combines peace and relaxation with proximity to Santanyí, where you can explore charming alleys, visit the popular weekly market, or experience the Mallorcan way of life in local restaurants.
Please note: The house is equipped with an alarm and camera system, which remains deactivated during your stay. It is exclusively used when the Finca is empty for several days.

If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to ask us.

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in der Finca Can Nin verbracht. Das Haus liegt wunderschön eingebettet inmitten der Natur und trotzdem nur knapp 5 Minuten von Santanyi entfernt. Es ist wunderschön und liebevoll renoviert und mit allen nötigen Details aussee more
Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in der Finca Can Nin verbracht. Das Haus liegt wunderschön eingebettet inmitten der Natur und trotzdem nur knapp 5 Minuten von Santanyi entfernt. Es ist wunderschön und liebevoll renoviert und mit allen nötigen Details ausgestattet. Handtücher, Kaffemaschine, Toaster, Sandwichmaker, Waschmaschine... Sogar eine kleine Erstaustattung - Spülmaschinentabs, Wasser, 1 Flasche Wein, Sandwichtoast für den 1. Morgen, Säfte war vorhanden.
Durch die geschickte räumliche Aufteilung können auch verschiedene Parteien oder große Familien harmonisch Urlaub machen - jeder hat seinen eigenen kleinen Teil für sich. Besonders toll ist der Aussenbereich mit der wunderschönen, großen Holztafel und dem romantischen Ambiente. Es ist ein großer, gemauerter Holzkohlegrill vorhanden und zusätzlich noch ein moderner Gasgrill. Weitere Highlights sind der große Pool und der herrliche Garten - wilder Wein, Rosen, Orangenbäume, Bougainvillea inklusive. Ein herrlicher, entspannter Urlaub für uns und die Großeltern und viel Spaß und unendliche Entdeckungsmöglickeiten (alter Stall, geheime Pfade, Esel und Schafe in der Nachbarschaft... ) für unsere Kinder. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung und die vielen Tipps. |
