Nestled among almond groves, approximately 2.5 km from Santanyí, Finca Can Blai Blai offers everything that makes rural life on Mallorca so unique: absolute tranquillity in a dreamlike setting. The house was completely renovated in 2015 and artistically redesigned to a high standard. With a spacious living and dining area and two bedrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher) and 2 covered terraces, the house is an ideal retreat for 4 people. The converted garden house can be used as a studio with a digital piano and is available as an additional alternative (sleeping) option. On colder days, a pellet stove that centrally heats the entire house including underfloor heating and also controls the hot water supply ensures cosy warmth and a pleasant atmosphere. Please note that the pellet stove must be operated by the tenant. The pool (2.5 x 7.5 m) with outdoor shower in the beautifully landscaped garden offers ideal cooling in summer.

Please note that a cat lives at the house, which likes to visit guests. This is important information for allergy sufferers, as the house may not be a suitable place for them.
The owners of the property are strictly against same-day express changeovers, as they are committed to offering each guest an extraordinary experience without rushing the next guest. This ensures that the house is thoroughly prepared for your stay, so you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest from the first moment.
There is a flat-screen TV with all Spanish and German channels. A baby bed and high chair are available. A washing machine is also available for all cases.

Beautifully renovated, calm and clean finca. Loved every moment! Feels like home and everything is very well done. Especially loved the pool, garden and great bathroom, dining outside by the pool... also the views from the rooftop deck!

Wir sind zum 2. mal Gäste dieser ausgesuchten Finca gewesen und haben uns dort wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wer gerne kocht freut sich über
die super ausgestattete Küche mit allen erdenklichen Küchengeräten und Gasherd sowie bestens bevorratet mit Gewsee more
Wir sind zum 2. mal Gäste dieser ausgesuchten Finca gewesen und haben uns dort wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wer gerne kocht freut sich über die super ausgestattete Küche mit allen erdenklichen Küchengeräten und Gasherd sowie bestens bevorratet mit Gewürzen etc. Im stilvollen Bad mit Naturstein kann man von der Dusche aus in den wunderschönen, sonnendurchfluteten Garten schauen. Leider haben die hochwertigen, empfindlichen Materialien seit unserem letzten Besuch im Sommer 2021 ziemlich gelitten. (Das traurige Los der Vermieter). Im Oktober wird das Haus von innen schon etwas klamm, so dass feuchte Kleidung und Handtücher besser tagsüber auf der Dachterrasse aufgehängt werden, wo immer ein leichtes Windchen weht. Zwar gibt es einen Pelltofen und auch einen Kamin, aber dafür ist es draußen mit 25/26 Grad dann doch noch zu warm. Es ist eben ein ehemaliger Schafstall Der Hahn mit seinem Gefolge ist zwar witzig, aber er ist sehr neugierig und leider auch penetrant. Die Hinterlassenschaften ätzen leider in die Natursteine, so dass man es besser sofort entfernt. Die Katze hat auch Respekt und flüchtet auf die Bäume, wenn der Hahn kommt. Das frühe und andauernde Krähen hat uns nicht gestört. Mehr gestört haben uns die Mücken, die dieses Jahr im Oktober wohl eine echte Plage auf Mallorca waren. (Siehe Verbesserungsvorschläge) Die Entfernung nach Santanyi und zu den Stränden ist perfekt. Es war wieder eine herrliche Zeit auf Can Blai Blai. Wir kommen gerne wieder! |

Zumal unsere Daten als Wiederholungsmieter eigentlich bereits vorhanden gewesen sein müssten. Fazit: eine sehr persönliche Ferienimmobilie mit (leider) unpersönlicher Vermittlung. Das stört aber wohl nur, wenn man es anders kennt. Das digitale Zeitalter lässt grüssen. Ankommende Neulinge werden sehr positv überrascht sein von Can Blai Blai. |

Absolut tolles Retreat um abzuschalten, Batterien aufladen, die Natur zu erleben und zu geniessen.
Die Finca ist top ausgerüstet und hat alles was man braucht vom Grill bis zur Wasserpistole. :)

Eine Klimaanlage wäre bei den heissen Temperaturen noch nett gewesen. Die Ventilatoren und öffnen der Fenster in der Nacht helfen nur bedingt. Im Grossen und Ganzen war es ein toller Aufenthalt. |

Die Finca ist reichhaltig ausgestattet, so dass es an nichts fehlt. Ausreichend Kleiderbügel, Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung, richtige Bettdecken (!), sehr schönes Bad mit großer Dusche , reichlich Handtücher, etc. etc.. insgesamt ist die Finca sehsee more

Tolles Beleuchtungskonzept für romantische Abende.
Der Naturpool ohne Chlor ist zwar nicht groß aber daher auch nicht zu kalt und trotzdem herrlich erfrischend. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Weitblick. Die liebevolle aber scheue Hauskatze, versteht sich 1a mit den freilaufenden Hühnern. Es gäbe noch viel mehr zu schwärmen, aber man möchte eigentlich nicht, dass diesen Ort noch jemand anderes entdeckt :-) |

So auch vor und während unseres Besuches in der schönen Finca Can Blai Blai. Die Finca ist unglaublich stil- und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Umfangreiche Küchenutensilien und eine neue Pelletheizung runden auch bei schlechterem Wetter einen Aufenthalt hier ab. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Rundblick und früh Morgens und spät Abends auch noch die Sonne. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und telefonisch bei technischen Problemen bzw. Einweisung in die Heizung erreichbar. Also alles in allem ein sehr schönes Objekt. |

The Finca Casa Antigua is a traditional Mallorcan farmhouse situated in idyllic nature, located at the foot of the Hamburg Hill, approximately 2 km outside of Santanyí towards Cas Concos in the southeast of the island. The charming town of Santanyí is just a few minutes away and offers supermarkets, restaurants, and boutiques. Twice weekly, a local market with regional products takes place in the town centre, where you can purchase fresh fruit, vegetables, and handcrafted souvenirs. The finca is sheltered but not isolated, about 5 car minutes from Santanyí. The surrounding, less-travelled roads are excellent for walks, and a roughly 3 km hike leads to the Consolación Monastery in Alquería Blanca. Casa Antigua has two bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds – as well as a bathroom with a shower. The lovingly planted outdoor area gives the property special charm: climbing vines provide pleasant shade, and the private pool ensures a welcome refreshment. The sun terrace allows you to enjoy the tranquillity, while a private barbecue area with dining space invites you to sociable evenings under the open sky. For larger groups, it is possible to additionally book the neighbouring Finca Sa Madonbeta. Both fincas are only about a minute's walk apart but are arranged so that they cannot see each other. What is in the house? Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and 1-2 bin bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to ask us. IMPORTANT!
