The fact that each bedroom has a private bathroom makes this house very special and demand to guests, because there is no need to share bathrooms or even exit their room. Only one bedroom doesn't have a bathroom en-suite but their private bathroom is adjacent to the room.
The outdoor area of the holiday home is a highlight. There is a spacious terrace with a dining area and an outdoor grill, perfect for cooking and enjoying cozy barbecue evenings. A private pool invites you to swim and cool off, while sun loungers, umbrellas and comfortable lounge area are available for use. The garden is lovingly landscaped and offers a green oasis of tranquility. Additionally, there is a separate outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals under the open sky.
In addition to all these features, the holiday home has an additional guest house, which allocates one bedroom with a bathroom en-suite, providing extra space for guests. This guest house can be used as a retreat or to ensure additional privacy. All bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. There is no air conditioning in the living room. Due to the covered terrace and the think walls of the house, this area tends to not heat up easily. The swimming pool is divided in two areas, a small area for kids with a maximum depth of 60 cm and an exceptional large pool for the good swimmers.
The villa offers central heating during the colder seasons of the year, guests are advised that extra charges apply for this optional service.

Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged.
