Casa Blue is located in a quiet area between Cala Santanyí and Cala S'amarador. Cala Santanyí beach is about 5 km away, and the Cala Mondragó Natural Park, which includes the bathing bays Cala S'amarador and Cala Mondragó, is only 1 km away. These beaches are connected by a footpath.
The ground floor house has about 85 sqm of living space and accommodates 4 people. It has a typical Mallorcan architectural style with an outdoor area, a terrace, and a pool. The pool is shared with another house. The house is well-equipped and offers everything needed for a stay. The entrance area leads directly to the living and dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, washing machine, and necessary kitchen utensils. A dining table provides space for 4 people. The living room has two couches, a TV, and access to the terrace with a view of the pool. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a shower, and a guest toilet. Each bedroom is equipped with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans.
From the terrace, you can access the shared pool, which is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.

The charming chalet is located in a quiet residential area of Cala Santanyí, one of the most beautiful bays in the southeast of Mallorca. Within just a few minutes, you can walk to the turquoise water and fine sandy beach, ideal for relaxing or water sports activities. The kitchen has a small basic equipment of spices and oil. Dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs and 1-2 garbage bags are also deposited. If an item is no longer available, it is understood that these items will be repurchased for self-catering. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please feel free to ask us. IMPORTANT! According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax.
