In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the charming town of Santanyí, where a traditional weekly market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday, offering fresh fruits and vegetables as well as handmade holiday souvenirs.

The spacious chalet is divided into a ground floor (EG) and an upper floor (OG). On the ground floor, there are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. All bedrooms were recently equipped with new beds and mattresses, ensuring a high level of comfort. Additionally, the ground floor features a cozy living room with a dining table, as well as a large, fully equipped kitchen.
On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room with a TV. There is also a kitchenette on this floor. The roof terrace is particularly lovely, offering a view all the way to the sea.
At the entrance, there is a beautiful terrace with a cozy seating area and additional seating and dining places for the whole family. From the living room, you can access the rear terrace, where there is a long table perfect for enjoying a delicious breakfast with fresh rolls in the morning or a communal dinner in the evening. You can sit outside with a glass of wine and candlelight late into the night in this holiday home.
The private pool invites you to cool off on hot summer days. On the sun terrace, you can sunbathe undisturbed or take a typical Spanish siesta in the shade.
Overall, this chalet offers many advantages due to its convenient location, number of sleeping places, proximity to the beach, and quick access to the surrounding areas. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zu Fuß tolle Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nur einmal den Berg runter (ca 150 Meter) entfernt.
Unser Aufenthalt so schön, dass wir für nächstes Jahr gleich wieder gebucht haben!
In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zu Fuß tolle Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nur einmal den Berg runter (ca 150 Meter) entfernt.
Unser Aufenthalt so schön, dass wir für nächstes Jahr gleich wieder gebucht haben! |

3 Familien, 9 Kinder. Alle hatten Platz. Alle fühlten sich wohl. Genug Privatsphäre, genug um in kleinen Gruppen oder als ganzes Rudel beisammen zu sein.
Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt Die Lokale in der Gegend wirklich gut.

Die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt Die Lokale in der Gegend wirklich gut. Einzig der Großeinkauf muss mit dem Auto erledigt werden. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die herausragend schnelle Reaktionszeit der Vermieter. Überzug einer Liege zerrissen - 1/2 Tag später ist ein neuer da. Waschmaschine hat Makken - Techniker kommt am selben Tag. Empfehlenswert. |
