Continuing through the ground floor, the path leads to the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, and dining area, which directly borders the private patio. A bathroom with bathtub complements the living area on this floor.
On the upper floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a separate dressing room and air conditioning. Additionally, another modern bathroom with a shower is available. An attached annex with its own kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower creates additional living space and is ideal as a separate work or guest area.
The 45 m² patio extends the house with a protected outdoor area, which is ideal for working, relaxing, or enjoying meals outdoors. A partial cleaning is carried out every 14 days and is undertaken by the tenant. The rental agreement is concluded in accordance with the Spanish Urban Rental Law (Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos, LAU).
