Apartment 2 on the ground floor is equipped with: (up to 6 people)
2 bedrooms: 1 with twin beds and 1 with double bed and bathroom en suite with shower
1 bathroom with shower
spacious living dining and kitchen area with sliding doors and connection to the outside grill with outdoor sink.

Another room with double bed and private bath is adjacent to the barbecue area and outdoor living-dining room.
Beautiful covered terrace with garden furniture and terraces with sun loungers.
Bedding, towels, iron and ironing board are available.
Next to the house is a small path that leads directly to the water. As the port in Cala Figuera is very clean, even in midsummer the water remains crystal clear so that you can get an enjoyable bath here.
You can walk down the path along the port to reach the restaurant mile on the other side of the harbour.
What is in the apartment?
Bed linen, towels, and optional pool towels for an additional fee are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

According to the government regulations, every guest staying at a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. Some booking channels doesn’t charge it. In this case, you will receive the separate information regarding this payment. Also, be informed that the Agency charges a refundable deposit. Die Lage ist toll. Cala Figuera ist ein noch ruhiges Örtchen.
Die Wohnung liegt auf der ruhigereren Seite der Bucht. Gegenüber befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen ist sehr schön. Für eine ksee more

Die Wohnung liegt auf der ruhigereren Seite der Bucht. Gegenüber befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen ist sehr schön. Für eine kurze Erfrischung kann man hier auch direkt baden. Bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gemangelt. Schöne Buchten und Strände sind mit dem Auto schell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! |
