This beautiful detached house with a mediterranean garden and pool is located in Son Moja, Santanyí. With its unique location, Casa Munch offers everything that makes country life on Mallorca so unique: absolute tranquility in dreamlike surroundings.
The stylishly furnished house was built in 2008. It is 230 qm on two floors with an ideal layout and offers space for 6 people. The ground floor of the house has a spacious kitchen overlooking the courtyard, which is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, and all the kitchen utensils you need for your stay. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with a shower. The chill area and the spacious living and dining areas each have a fireplace. From the living room, you have a beautiful view into the garden and direct access to the terrace, which invites you to relax and have dinner with family or friends. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds. The bedroom with two single beds can be perfectly used as a child room. An ideal layout for families looking for a longer stay in Mallorca and who want to enjoy nature, hiking, and the proximity to the beach.
The highlight of the house is the outdoor area with pool and a wonderful terrace, which is equipped with a chill-out area and a dining table, where you can have breakfast together in the morning or enjoy the warm night by candlelight for a long time. From here, you can access the lovingly prepared pool area, which is surrounded by palm trees and therefore protected and private. Enjoy the sun in the pool or in the hammock, and let your soul dangle. In addition, the outdoor area has an outdoor shower, a playground, a table tennis table, and a barbecue area where you can prepare your barbecue.
Only a few minutes away by car, you can experience other highlights of Mallorca. You can discover idyllic bays such as the "Cala Santanyí" or the "Cala Llombards" or get to know the "Es Trenc" with its Caribbean blue water.
The traditional fishing port of Cala Figuera is about 2 km away. Here you can sit in one of the numerous restaurants on the promenade and watch the fishing boats enter the harbor.
In the village of Santanyí, approx. 2 km away, you have the opportunity to stroll through the typical Mallorcan alleys and browse in the numerous, tasteful boutiques or visit the weekly market. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled, and you are guaranteed to find a nice souvenir for your loved ones at home. Here you will also find larger supermarkets, as well as pharmacies and ATMs.

This property is rented only as a seasonal rental, for work or professional (non-tourist) purposes and with a minimum length of stay of 32 nights. This lease shall be governed by the provisions contained in the Urban Lease Law.
